Spelling homework

For my spelling home work I choose to do sentences with the words in my spelling words are in nifty letters and I choose to do it on my blog.

1. Argued      I argued to my mum to let me play on my tablet.
2. Gruesome  I was gruesome of the movie.(horror)
3. Blueberries  I wanted to find some blueberries for my pav.
4. Subdue I could not subdue the child down(calm)
5. Residue I had a residue amount of money(small)
6. Shrewd  When I did cross country I was shrewd (Sharp)
7. Screwdriver  I had a screwdriver in my hand then I dropped it on my toe.
8. Nephew My nephew is a big part of my life.
9. Skewer I put my fruit on my skewer.
10. Chewable The chewable pise of meat was hard to eat

HI my name is Shialla and I have 5 siblings called Carrie,Raquel,Aaron,Sam and my annoying brother Kaleb and I also have 3 nephews   called Kye,Xavier and Conner and I also have 2 nieces called Piper and Brooklyn.

in my spare time I like to do writing,reading,shooting hoops and doing art. For summer sports I play tennis and Sometimes swimming and in the winter I play netball and I do swimming in the winter to.

Rescue

The book that I was reading was called rescue and it was about a girl called Bindi and her friend Hannah. They go on a trek with Hannah's horses but they find some men that have cut some wire out of the fence to get some animals to take home with them and they had all the stuff that the men had dropped and they picked it up and them the people from the police came and they just about got arrested and went to prison.

I know that this book is adventure because they go for a trek to South Africa to have a look at all the animals they have there.

Elephant child.

The book that I was reading is about a girl called Shola living in like a jungle near the Utenzi cloud forest going on an adventure for a little bit she goes with her mum and dad but now she goes on adventures with some of her friends trying to save elephants because the are dying but only the older ones are dying not the little ones and when the are saving the elephants one of the children tatu brakes his legs and they are set back longer and then nobody came to look for them because the jeep was out of battery and they could not get there before sun rise and then they were stuck there for the night.

This book is adventure I know that it is adventure because they go further out in the jungle trying to save the elephants from being killed by the poachers for money but they only try and save the older elephants because they make more money.
